Had some communication issues. Overall the condition of our new home was upsetting. Cabinets were very dirty inside. I think the most frustrating was showing up to a busted up basketball hoop set up at the end of the driveway that I will have to dismantle and take to the dump. There is a lot of trash that looks like it was chucked in the woods. Tires, mops and shoes.

Sam Rifkin was excellent. From start to finish he was professional, polite, responsive, and clear on all the details. Sam helped me out after hours some days, and would go out of his way to protect me as a buyer and get everything we could out of a deal. I would recommend Sam to anyone in a heartbeat.

Realy good at finding houses to look at and professional the only problem I had with them is that he told some tall tales that just didn't add up at closer inspection nothing that effected our ability to buy a home just dumb stuff like I worked for 30 years at this and 20 doing this completely unrelated jobs as well as 20 years at this. It seemed like he had a crearer in any field we were worries about in relation to the house we were looking at like he shilgled his first roof at 16 like possible maybe but just very high-school in my opinion but that's my only grip with mike
