He did not seem to care about the needs of my family especially once we made an offer on a property. His attitude was do what ever would help us close. Advising us not to ask for things we wanted because it was not likely the seller would agree. I felt he should be asking for what we wanted even if he offered advice that it’d be unlikely that they’d agree don’t refuse to ask or talk us out of what we want.

Our agent Jesse cared. his expertise and guidance got us into our house. His work between our loan officer and the seller agent concluded with us moving into a house that we had almost lost hope of ever getting. There is nothing more important for a husband and father than knowing you are taking care of your family, and Jesse is the reason I can feel that pride again. Rob was phenomenal. He went out of his way to ensure everybody was on the same page between The loan officer, title company, and the sellers agent. We had a very short conversation in the beginning and he was able to show me and drive the needs. I needed for my family for the home that we wanted. I will definitely use Rob again.
