In the barest sense of the job it got done. Very lackluster ability to respond to my texts regarding questions I had or important processes of the home buying itself. Gave me a list of inspectors to use and offered to schedule the inspections herself which was really nice of her, I called 2 of them who were busy past the date the inspections needed done so I responded back taking her up on that offer. Didn’t hear anything back until she called a week later saying we needed them scheduled by the end of that week or we wouldn’t make the deadline. Was overall just bad at responding to texts and relaying information to me. Multiple times it would take days to receive a text with multiple texts trying to get a response. Would not recommend

Stephanie was stretched to limits, I saw countless houses, made multiple decisions, but in the end, she gave us "what no one else would have given" In her busy schedule as Mother, as Wife she came with flying colors every time I requested. Never a flinching eye!She also receives my highest regard in working to higher standards. I wish I can pay her more, which I will, as time goes on with future possible purchases. Her professionalism is true and friend like behavior towards client even more impressive.

Cheryl was the best. This was my first time buying and the process I experienced, from my understanding, was not normal and was pretty frustrating at times. Cheryl stayed professional and understanding. She was constantly reaffirming that though it wasn't normal, she would continue to make it as painless as possible. And she did. Amazing Agent.
