My real estate agent Kim Alexander was an absolute gem! Recommended to me by Jason Lacey, I knew that she would be nothing short of talented—and I can’t speak highly enough of her!Upon having our first call, I could hear the kind southern accent and knew I was in for a treat.Kim is very high-energy like myself, so I believe that is one of the many reasons we got along so well. She is down-to-earth, friendly, kind-hearted, bubbly, and so much more—but most importantly, she is an outstanding real estate agent.She takes the time to listen to every detail when trying to figure out what you’re looking for, and then she will do whatever she needs to find you that home! I browsed listings I was interested in, and narrowed down the ones I wanted to see in person. I notified Malinda and she made the appointments. We met and toured the various properties. Malinda advised on "best input" for a successful contract (some sellers were just not willing to work with buyers).
