Our realtor was professional and completed the job, but I was a bit disappointed with how some of my questions were handled. For example, when I asked about the inspection, the response focused more on the seller being busy and working for the Pentagon rather than addressing my concerns directly. It felt like my questions weren’t fully prioritized. Overall, the experience was okay but not outstanding.

Regarding our buying agent (Mike Parkinson), he was knowledgeable enough for the area and met our basic home search and homebuying needs.

Steepleview Realty was terrible ... I highly suggest VU end their relationship with this company .. We are considering filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Board of Realtors regarding their handling of our sale. Never sent us any listings, we had to facilitate everything , when we'd ask her what she suggested when it came to pricing the house, offering on the new house, the answer was always "Whatever you are happy with " .. Communication was lacking, information that was given to us was sometimes incorrect , multiple times we filled out the same paperwork because there were errors, 1 week before closing we were told a 500 pound radiator needed to be removed from our attic ! This was after inspection and contingencies were settled .. It almost delayed the closing ... We really felt we had no representation or anyone fighting for us when it came to offering and selling. They listed the house too high in the beggining ... house lingered , we dropped it significantly to sell it .. They should of done a better job in recognizing the comps and the market at the time ... but like i said before , we really felt that they didn't represent us or guide us well at all. We are not people that complain or submit complaints , but in this case we are going to do it ... yes it was that bad ! I would never send anyone to this agency.

I was rushed and pushed through the whole process and being a new home buyer I was blinded and never coached on what anything meant. Being told many times to just sign or you wont close but yet no guidance why the rush and not a reason why but a quick paycheck. I never agreed to a 30 day extension after close and was very adamant about it. I overpaid for the house and the negotiations was made in the favor or the realtor not the buyer or seller. I will never use or recommend this company service to any of my service brothers period. ALL ABOUT THE PAYOUT.
