Crystal was truly exceptional!! From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every possible way. I honestly feel like I gave her no days off yet she was always there for me, answering every question, no matter how big or small, with patience and professionalism. It was very good to have an experienceed agent walking with me through the search and purchase of my new home. She was also very patient with me as I decided to make the purchase or not and assuaged my feelings of fear and unease as I contemplated getting myself into so much debt for a house. She was able to walk me through every step of the loan, explaining to me over and over what each hurdle was and what was about to happen next. All in , she was very kind and I sincerely appreciate everything Susan did to help me obtain my new home.
