My real estate agent should have informed me about whether or not the property was in a flood zone. Overall my real estate agent did a wonderful job going out to all the homes I was interested in. Also, he did a phenomenal job at helping me thru the process of buying my 1st home.

Erin was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, and left an impression of "really caring" about me, my journey to buying a house, and understanding my needs from the very first house I looked at (advocates for buyer, nothing forced, buyer makes choice and decision). Erin was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole process feel effortless.
