Realy good at finding houses to look at and professional the only problem I had with them is that he told some tall tales that just didn't add up at closer inspection nothing that effected our ability to buy a home just dumb stuff like I worked for 30 years at this and 20 doing this completely unrelated jobs as well as 20 years at this. It seemed like he had a crearer in any field we were worries about in relation to the house we were looking at like he shilgled his first roof at 16 like possible maybe but just very high-school in my opinion but that's my only grip with mike

Timothy really listens to what the client desires in a home and location. His communication could be improved as my questions and documentation records for the seller were left unanswered and I felt ignored after 6-weeks and still no answers. However, it was the sellers agent who was not answering him, so he was unable to answer me. Knowing the sellers agent was the problem would have been beneficial because I have no qualms with contacting the real estate commission for unethical behavior of the sellers agent. Knowing this bit of information raises my rating of Timothy from how I felt the week I was left displaced due to not closing on time.

John was put in a difficult position where he was friends with the sellers but was supposed to support the buyers. From my (the buyers) perspective, he did more to further the seller's interests. Any negotiation for a lower price felt like a fight with John before a negotiation with the sellers. I think John is a great realestate agent, but I think this situation did not work well in his favor

Rick was phenomenal! He communicated all the time with us. Made sure we understood everything that was about to happen. All the way through he was in constant communication and would answer questions about the process. He was very personable and made us feel like we knew each other for years. He took time with us and never made us feel like we weren’t being heard. He knew exactly what we were looking for and that is what he showed us. When we put our offer in, he continued to make sure we understood the process. He is an amazing person!

Randy did an outstanding job working with me and giving me the options I was looking for with little hassle or frustration. He even went out of his own way to get items taken care of that the appraisal needed fixed. Great real estate agent to work with.
