She was the worst. She kept making mistakes with the paperwork. She recommended a contractor who took his time fixing the house. I spent over 26k fixing the house. I had to personally take over for her because she couldn't get the contractor to do any work on a timely manner. I had to drive 4hrs to inspect the house. The house was far from ready after she gave me the thumbs up. She just wanted me to sign documents with no verification or explanation. At the end, we missed our closing day with no explanation, and they never called me back to explain why we didn't close that day. I will never refer Veterans United to anyone to refer an agent to sell a property.

James C. Jones did amazingly well. I told him what type of property I was looking for and he provided a great amount of properties to view in-person. When I was unavailable to view the properties, James had no problem doing a walk through recorded video. I appreciated all of his knowledge and expertise. He answered all of questions and explained in full detail. No matter the day or time, James was available to answer my phone calls or respond to my texts.

Jennifer was great and knowledgeable. She made the process very easy and was quick to respond to any questions I had in regards to the home buying process. She made sure to take the time to over any documents in detail and allowed plenty of time to for questions. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Nic, Jen, and co were wonderful. No complaints. They listened to what we were looking for, made recommendations were they could, and were invaluable in giving us peace of mind. Everyone they recommended (lawyer, home inspector, insurance) panned out nicely and made us feel secure in our purchase.
