Nunzio was super. It took us over a year to sell our house in WV due to a couple buyers having financing issues but he stuck with us always willing to show us properties in FL. We are very happy with the deal he helped us negotiate on our new property.

He never once sent or recommended a property. And he rushed me through all, but one of those. I found a lot of them and another real estate agent, who I only called because of a sign I saw. He said he would email me when it becomes available. Even though he knew I was working with another agent, he sent me properties as they listed. He emailed me 3 plus time a day.
My agent, only emailed or texted me about a day after I emailed or texted him.
He did my closing well, but he was getting paid when I closed.

Ashlee is unquestionably the best real estate agent any home buyer could ask for. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Ashlee went way far and above what was necessary. She has an incredible spirit. She is so down to earth, thoughtful and supremely dedicated to the task. She was tireless in finding us our forever home. She and her husband Eric taught me so much in a fun, caring way. I would never consider using anybody else. I not only have the best realtor; I feel like we have new best friends.
