She has been the best I have had. Helpful, knowledgeable, was easy to trust, and communicate with. Made the process easy and made every effort to communicate with my wife whom does not speak much English. She went the extra mile. Nothing like past agents. She was amazing. If I ever have someone looking in the area to sell their home or buy a home. I would recommend her over anyone. Helped me even when I wasn't at the area yet. Michelle is very knowledgeable and was quite conscientious in explaining the details, both legal and obligatory, so that I understood what I was signing and what was expected from me at each stage of the process. She also made sure that I contacted all of the entities necessary to make a smooth transition into my new home after closing. She did a great job!
