As I stated before there were definitely some mistakes made that to her account were the first time she’d had encountered the issues. And she really did try to make it right by researching for some panels that we could use to make a roundpen that was verbally agreed would be stating when we did the walk through however she did fail to get that in writing when drawing up the contract. And to her credit she did take quite the hit to her commission inorder to make the deal happen. But in the haste of things, some things that should not have been overlooked or allowed prior to us taking possession of the property were and unfortunately we are now stuck with the results.

There was a lot of confusion with the seller trying to back out after accepting my offer. Sandy agreed to let the seller stay in the house for 5 days after closing and didn’t talk to me until a couple hours before the closing.

Carla Tanner and her team, also very knowledgeable as to the in's and out's of this local market area. Warm friendly, genuinely concerned about what we required in a home, and delivered everything she promised to us. Her experience helped us make a great and easy move into homeownership. We are so happy with her that we have already recommended her to a close family friend that she is helping now to move here and their search for a home.

Jacob was "The LEAD" as IN " The One" who refused to give up. Even with tough challenges he took it on the Chin and continued to be proactive and worked his tail off to make sure that I got into the home I desired. He continued a enthusiastic effort on every stage of the entire process. At times we both got frustrated. However, he remained positive and encouraging. I would highly recommend him to others

Sarah knew when to be tough with me about decisions, and explained the importance of those decisions. And at times when I thought I was annoying because I bothered him so much, he would assure me that it’s not a problem, and that’s what he’s there for. I left this entire transaction truly thinking of this man is my friend.

Twila Lukovitch was an astounding agent to work with, she stayed on top of it all even during the government shutdown …. She even worked diligently with our out of state realtors making sure our home sale there went as flawless as possible. Feel very blessed to have worked with her. 🥰
