Our real estate agent, Shane Nicholson, from Cyclic Properties in North Pole, Alaska was outstanding and went above and beyond to work through all of the ongoing, multiple issues that kept coming up and seeing that all requirements were met. Without the extra effort put forth by Shane Nicholson, we would have given up on this home purchase and moved elsewhere to purchase.
