At first our agent seemed helpful. But as time went by it felt more like we were just another client.He was personable and adequate. But we did not feel as taken care of as we have in other experiences.We were buying in a foreign to us market, from across the country, during the pandemic and had to repeatedly correct mistakes on his end.
