Candace was great working with us staying on top of the situation emailing and texting back-and-forth with us so I continuous basis even through the hard times on the sale of our home falling through the first time she still encouraged us. This could still be possible. She worked directly With Ben and his team, letting us know what was happening and following up on things we must get done. She went through the new construction home with us and found many things that we would have overlooked. Great job Candace and thank you. Would recommend to everyone.

Lynn Rice was Excellent, I was first introduced to Lynn by my VU loan officer Kelly Tolster back during covid 2020, she was raised in the area's that I was home searching and very knowledgeable of the different locals and neighborhoods, which I believe is a great asset for a home buyer. After the craziness during covid I decided to hold off to a later date. Fast forward 5 years later I reached out to Kelly and Lynn to start my home search once again. I couldn't ask for a better realtor, for sure.

Our Agent Matt was great, he helped us by answering our questions and even offered some insight. We were looking to purchase a home until Matt suggested getting the sewer line inspection with a camera. Needless to say he saved us thousands of dollars in repairs had we went through with the purchase.
