Sometimes life just kind of falls into place and we have little God moments. Chad and Christina Sagehorn were a real blessing. I came off of a really tough deployment and 2 weeks later was looking at houses with my wife and a newborn baby + a rambunctious 2 year old. Chad and Christina were like family. Christina is incredible with children and was super helpful with the process. On top of that, Chad and Christina are top notch realtors and brokers. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, they will take care of them. They are so honest that I wanted to make an offer on a house and they told me not to in our very first meeting. They explained every facet of how the home was overpriced, the lots on either side of the neighborhood were recently zoned commercial, and we could get a lot more for our money. They were right, I let them take the wheel after that experience and they guided us to the most amazing home in the most amazing neighborhood. We went from looking for a starter house to finding a home that we would love to raise our family in for years to come. We could not have done it without them and there is no better real estate team in OKC.

Mike was an absolute gem of an agent! He was extremely knowledgeable with the market we were looking in and kept us honest. Straight shooter when it came to pros and cons of certain builds. He was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Even when we changed our location and buying presences several times, Mike remained patient and adjusted with us without issue. We couldn’t have gotten into our home without Mike, especially in this competitive market! We highly recommend Mike’s services!

Randy Larkin was the BEST AGENT for us. He made sure ALL our needs and wants was meet. I really appreciate that he was recommended as our agent. The only reason we were able to move into this house is Ashley Yonkers. I am so thankful for her. She will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Ashley picked up the slack wherever it may have fallen, and found results every time. Words are not adequate to express what Ashley meant in the sell of 161 Newtown Ave.
