We didnt feel like they were on our side with the process. Any time the builder hit a snag or delay they did not fight back or press the issue and just let the delays mound up from 2 weeks to 2 and a half months.

Jeff selected Earl Knighten as my Real Estate Agent for the Tampa area and Mr. Knighten knew exactly what I wanted and I got it. Earl will not just drive you around and show you homes all day and during the evenings, he will become your tour guide and point out things to do in the area, where to eat and inform you on upcoming events.

I dont think I can say enough -of the -great things about Jim. It was our first time buying a home and Jim really took his time in making sure we were well informed throughout the process. Aside from the awesome communication, he was attentive and easy to work with.
