Roxanne was not a good communicator and unwilling to show us more houses. We felt pushed a lot of the time and and lost the house the first time because of her poor communication to our sellers. Nice person, but will be using a different agent next time.

Aileen is friendly and personable. She was able to glean what was important to both of us in a home. However, Jessie was often referred to as James (including in one of the emails as we were preparing to close) and it seemed as if the houses were auto generated and not personalized. We discussed particular home styles, etc. and we got everything in between and more. She often gave her opinion of whether or not she thought a particular house was a good fit for us and was often too personal. Aileen's brother died half way through our house hunt and it was expected she would be unavailable and not focused for a few days. However there were so many times prior to her loss that she and I would have a conversation one day and the next day it was as if it didn't happen. When we did find the home (on our own) she was initially upset because it was a for sale by owner because (FSBO) she thought we were going to do the sale on our own. She did have more work and often let us know how much more work she had to do because it was FSBO. We often felt as if we didn't get what we needed from her as a realtor (we appreciate her telling us about tax exemptions and flood zone) and too much from her in her personal life.

This was definitely NOT a good match! I would have requested another agent, but got involved with escrow immediately and felt stuck with him. This is not VU responsibility. They were concerned about my satisfaction, but it all happened so fast.

Lana was an excellent agent. She could provide great insight about the market we chose to buy into. She also was always readily available during our house search and able to answer the long list of questions I had about the sales and legal process. I would highly recommend her to others.
