He seemed only interested in making a sale. Our first phone call he seemed irritated that I didn't already have a list of homes I wanted to look at. He sent me a list of 6 homes and then when I tried to look at them he said oh that's a waste of time they wouldn't pass for VA. He was extremely unprofessional on the phone. As a first time home buyer my realtor was the biggest obstacle for the whole endeavor.

We couldn’t ask for a better agent. Dylan went above and beyond to help us get our home. He was always ahead of the game and worked constantly for us. He was great with corresponding with us and the other agent to get everything we wanted. He never asked us to settle for something we didn’t want and that’s so important! He made sure we were taken care of. We felt like he was always on our side. He has a great personality and he is amazing at what he does. We will always refer to him!

Ashley was available all hours of the day to answer my questions and made me feel like her top priority. She was very involved during the whole process, from house hunting, to talking me through my paperwork, to negotiations with the seller. She reassured me when I was trying to decide on taking or leaving counter offers, and was a true professional every step of the way. She was so on top of everything that needed to be completed, I felt at ease through everything.

Our real estate agent was Holley McKay of Keller Williams. She was easy to reach, and so helpful, even getting a home inspector and a pool inspector, and the name of an electrician. She was very responsive. When we got the keys from her on the last day, she also gave us a nice card, a bottle of champagne and an adorable “welcome” sign to place by our new front door. Our last minute glitch had Holley working her magic and making it right in time to save the day.

Mike (Baffa) was a Rock Star!!! He attended to our every need and quickly responded to each question along the way. He was easy to work with and made the process of finding a home fun. You could tell he enjoys what he does and his goal was to ensure we were happy (we were)! He will be first on my list if someone ask me for a recommendation for a real estate agent in this area.
