Christine had a pleasant personality. We did feel she fell short with her research as a whole and her sense of urgency with getting paperwork in on time. Communication was not her strong suit. Both with us and with sellers realtor. My husband and myself felt she did not negotiate in our favor at times and it was more of a transaction for her.
As the closing date approached she was more involved. I myself did more research and found more answers on my own than she did. Bailey did more research than she did.The seller visited my husband and I after close to offer us money to have the septic pumped. Cash.
This was suppose to be written in the contract. Christine failed to do so. She called us on our way to sign papers to close to say it was not going to happen. The seller was so upset with the idea that he was being portrayed as a “low life” he came to hand deliver the cash to us. My husband and my self we not only shocked, but felt bad because the things we were told were not how he acted by giving us this money and showing up at our door to defend his character. He also took some trash he left on the property. Pretty stand up guy if you ask me. Seems both realtors dropped the ball in doing what needed to be done is the bottom line.This is just 1 of many examples of the experience that poor communication does to a close of a home.Again she was nice but just very unfortunate there were many things that were missed, never discussed, or we had to uncover our self’s.

He got us to the house we bought but he never seemed to be available. I’m thankful for the work he put in for us but I wouldn’t request him again.

My agent didn’t show me very few properties that interested me. I felt he didn’t catch on to what kind of property that was suitable for me. I found majority of the properties on my own which to me was not good.

My Real Estate Agent was Roxana Shepley (Codwell Bankers SSK) in Warner Robins, Georgia. Ms. Roxana and I connected from day one. She was very professional, honest, and definitely an expert in her field. We looked at many homes but - after much consideration, I decided on a new construction home. Ms. Roxana took the time to explain the difference between an existing home, spec home, and new construction build. Although Ms. Roxana had many other clients, she always made time for me and I never felt rushed. I learned so much from Ms. Roxana. If I had to do this again, Ms. Roxana would be my Real Estate Agent pick!

Working with Cathy Blythe form The Real State Group was amazing. She provide me with updates on new listing from properties until I found the one. She was able to video conference my house tours since I couldn't be there because the nature of my job. Cathy was very attentive and patience during the whole process. Taking care of me and making sure the sellers have their part of the agreement done. At the end she give me a gift card from Home Depot! Thank You Cathy.

Dawne and Twila were incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire home buying process. We were skeptical about buying a home in another state (without being present throughout the entire proces) but we could not have asked for a better team. The level of care they provide to their clients is truly incredible and is testament to their hard work and dedication to all veterans and those currently serving! Glenn treated my wife and me better than family. The photos and 360 views that he did we're at the professional level and did an excellent job of pointing out the selling points of our house. If I ever know of anyone buying or selling a house, I would definitely recommend that they get Glenn Ashby to be their agent. Best agent I have ever felt with. V

Mike, Tiffany, and the Home Team also provided excellent guidance and support every step of the way. We love our new home and appreciate all Mike did to help us find it and get there. I've known Tiffany and the Tiffany Larson Home Team for 5-6 years and knew they would take great care of us. Again, I'd definite recommend/refer the Home Team!

Matt Lucas referred me to Taryn Ward as my real estate agent. This purchase was all done remotely. I am very pleased with the whole process. Taryn was happy to represent me and to put me in touch with the people I needed to evaluate the home for purchase so I could feel sure my purchase of this home was what I wanted.

I do not regret choosing a real estate agent that was recommended by Veterans United. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Her familiarity with the local area made my search easier than I expected.
