Robert really took the time to help me get an understanding of what I needed in a home. He was always willing to see as many homes as we needed to see and get in the market with me. He made sure I knew the good, the bad and the ugly. He could tell when I really did not like a home. He’s professional and reliable. He did not ever make me feel rushed. Once we found what is now our home, he was with me every step of the way. He made sure we understood every part of the home buying process from the real estate end.

She was very kind and helpful but a bit misleading, we bought the house sight unseen with her giving us details of the house. There a few questions we asked about the house specifically about the ceiling and cabinets that she stated were "popcorn ceiling" and "neely painted cabinets" when both proved to be false. It's just cosmetic and her willingness to help strongly over powered the indiscretion but kinda peeved me.

Tracy Jensen is most definitely an asset to Howard Hanna! She brought up things to look at that never even entered my mind. Liked her so much as a buyer, I had to use her as a seller!
