She was very helpful and flexible with her time. I just don't feel that she checked things far enough that were important to us. This was a new construction purchase and we would have liked some things changed but we're told it couldn't happen. Then the builder tells that it could have.

Jeff Carducci and Kimberly Sintic from McDowell homes were amazing!!! They responded quickly to all my needs, and took it upon themselves to find what I wanted. Kimberly Sintic was my main POC for the home search, and she listened carefully to everything I wanted in a home and did not stop until she delivered on a house I truly love! She puts customers first always and was very up front about her appreciation of my service in the Army. Please keep them as a preferred realtor team as they are amazing!

Michelle Hicks was amazing. She stayed in contact with me daily and helped me quite a bit with the process. She helped me with a lot of the electronic forms I had to complete and send, because I'm an idiot when it comes to computers. She also showed me around Mena, where I bought the home, and introduced me to her family and others. Her and her husband also offered to help me move. We became good friends during the process and I'm very thankful for that.

Sonya McKinney was our agent and thank the lord she was! Very patient and reassuring even when we were out bid 3 times and walking away from 1 place before finding the place we bought. She was great! She was able to get me in and out of homes without hesitation. The home I purchased was only jn the market for 15 minutes before we scheduled an appointment to see the house an hour later. Couldn't have done it without her!
