Pete Carpenter seemed to be very interested in helping us with a purchase. When we were looking at homes that exceeded $350k. When we decided to go small and purchase a condo, his enthusiasm went downhill. He was short and seemed irritated when we had questions or needed assistance with items.We did not receive a mailbox key at closing and when I asked him to contact the sellers agent about one, he didn't follow up and I had to do it myself. It's amazing at the type of service you get when they realize they're not in for a big paycheck.

It seems like they were not working for me. This is the 5th time I have bought a home. In my experience I have never been told that I should pay any closing costs as suggested by my agent. Those are usually paid by the seller. It seems like they just weren’t that concerned. This is also the first time that my agent didn’t attend the closing. Furthermore, it has been four days since closing and I have yet to receive any type of congratulations or even a thank for letting me help find you a home.

Mike Rogers was an absolute pleasure to work with, from our first phone call to the closing, and all the viewings in-between. As someone with very little experience in buying a house, Mike turned what I expected to be a stressful process into a very enjoyable journey. He was very knowledgeable about the VA loan requirements and made sure I understood any issues there might be with some of the properties we viewed. After making an offer on a condo, Mike worked with both my lender and the seller's agent to get everything done to get to the closing. I will be recommending Mike to everyone I know who needs a realtor. He is a great realtor and a great person.

Pete Carpenter is the man. He doesn't get annoyed with ignorant questions I'm sure he's heard 1000 times before. He was always responsive, informative, and helpful. I feel like he definitely had our best interest in mind when it came to area of purchase, inspections, appraisals etc. He spoke with experience, professional opinion, and expertise. He took care of us in every aspect and made sure were taken care of every step of the way!

Beverly Hyter did an outstanding job with our home search and buying process on the ground. She kept us informed of what has been going on and was easily reach my regardless of the day and time. Although she was not the realtor that was recommended by Veterans United, she made it comfortable and easy with buying our home. I would highly recommend her service with Veterans United in the Olive Branch, MS area for any potential buyer.

I didn't know what to expect especially when they said "...and we will assign you an agent in your area". If all the agents anywhere can do it like Neil Brooks then that's a party. Thanks for lifting the weight of home buying heebie geebies. Keeping on top of things, staying connected and listening. This went way better than expected. Neil is now in the family of "my go to guy" .

Nathan Jacob (marine veteran) with ERA real estate was very helpful. If he wasn't willing to show the house on July 4th I most likely wouldn't have gotten the bid! He was very proactive and helpful and transparent with everything. I would definitely recommend him to any other veteran looking to purchase a home in the central Ohio area! Thanks Nathan!

Sherry Grove is a saint!! She guided us on our journey in purchasing our first home from start to finish. If it hadn’t been for her we would have given up. She went above and beyond for us, if she is still selling homes when we eventually decide to buy agin we will look her up for sure!

Laurie and Mike were great. We had to do most of the home-buying and searching virtually (99%), and they were patient and timely with everything. It helped out tremendously, especially in the Orlando market where it was just hard to find a house that wasn't immediately snatched up.

Angie stood by our side physical and presented Veteran United by standing the gap with the builder and also went it was time to stand by us in the gap with Veteran United. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
