Dan was very friendly and helpful to us. He also expressed frustration over lack of communication to himself from veterans united. He took us to the best location to meet our housing needs and requests. We chose a house within an hour after seeing four in the area.

Routinely on time or a few minutes late for showings. During the VA loan process my real estate agent answered questions when prompted and ensured the tasks were eventually completed. Communication and reliability could be an opportunity for improvement.

Veterans United offers a discount at closing if you work with a real estate agent that is recommended, within their network. I only worked with one of these real estate agents. It was my understanding that these agents have extensive knowledge and experience on the VA home loan process. I was not aware how much the real estate agent would effect this process, as this is my first time purchasing a home.
It wasn't until later on in the home buying process that I discovered my real estate agent was not following up with updates on the sellers side. She had lied several times about the loan process and certain timelines I had. I'm not sure if the agent did this to keep the loan going or if she was just lazy. As we got closer to closing, the agent would not respond to me when I would inquire about hold ups. I discovered that she was covering up another lie that she had previously told and continued to string me along. After discovering her lies, I allowed her to think she was stringing me along, with the hopes of being able to obtain a new real estate agent and still receive my discount. I wasn't sure what other option I had. However, the Veterans United Real Estate Specialist did not return any of my phone calls or emails when I requested a new agent. I'm not sure if I was eligible for a new agent at that point, but a phone call would have been appreciated.

My real estate agent, Mrs. Diana Rea, was fantastic. She knew exactly what I would like and dislike in a home. Whenever something came available that she thought that we would be interested in, she would either text or email the link for us to view. She was very professional, concerned, and without hesitation, she was there. She was considered as a "friend" in our home buying process. I've heard of some stories where their Real Estate agent wasn't concerned about what their client wanted, but was only interested in getting their commission. Mrs. Diana exemplified integrity and loyalty to us. She went above and beyond to find that home what we needed and could afford. We really appreciate everything that she has done for us. We are forever grateful and blessed to have had her as our Agent!

Cannot say enough great things about Jim. My wife and I had him all over Florida and we bought a house 10 min. from him. Now I have a real estate agent and a new friend. A professional and knows the market, once we knew he understood what we were looking for we placed a bid on a house from pictures and a phone call while he was at the property and another we ended up not making an offer. Jim will be my first stop for any needs in the future.

I can't say enough about Kiva Addley. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. She was flexible with my sometimes complicated schedule and very patient with the sheer volume of viewings we went to. Kiva made the home buying experience incredibly stress free and I can't thank her enough for her help and professionalism.

Haley was amazing! I have no idea what I would have done without her! She knows her stuff and was super helpful! She was a blessing to have during the process. I seriously cannot say how much she eased my mind during the process and helped me through. If I could give her a 20 I would!

Bob Mikelskas, wow, there really isn't much to say other than he was probably the best, most professional, knowledgeable, trusting, responsive, personable, listening, observant, experienced real estate agent I've ever met. If I could rate him higher than 10, I would.
