Derek Blhum was the glue that kept everything together. He was always honest and straight forward. He is very knowledgeable in his department. Communication was amazing. His finesse was irreplaceable. During a seller’s market he helped me win the bid on my dream home and made sure it was within my means.He went out on a lim to make sure everything was perfect. John was always positive even when things were rough sometimes, he knows how to read his clients to the point where he would know if we would like a house or not ( he was 100% accurate every time) I would also only recommend John and we have in the past he’s a good man who puts up with tough and picky clients like my wife and I.
