Well he was there. He has had for the majority of the experience had a lack of communication and poor logistics when under pressure. Overall a great guy personally, but he made my wife and I feel that we was just an afterthought sometimes. He seemed to the weak link in the entire process

He did not have our best interest. Did not negotiate closing costs with us. Not informative about the contract. Just tried to rush us through the process. Took advantage of me being a first time home buyer.

Omg, let me just say that Lori Kilgore is outstanding! She picked me up when I got down, and pushed me when I was calling it quits. Lodi is the type of person that thins outside the box. To better engage sellers to myself, Lori sent out hundreds of letters that told a quick bio of myself and my family so that a seller might be interested in selling to a veteran. She really surprised me with her aggressive work ethic, I was flabbergasted at how fast she would communicate with me when a part of the process was complete or something needed to be signed or handled on my part. She’s professional, charming, highly intelligent, very knowledgeable in her line of work, and will go above and beyond to get you into a home of your dreams. She was my motivational coach! I love this woman!

My real estate agent was great. She was eager to work with me right from the beginning. Any questions we had, she answered them quickly and accurately.
