Took a little bit of time for our agent to realize that we needed a little bit more support, when she did though, she was very helpful and supportive to all of our needs

Our initial real estate agent, Cynthia Butler (5/10) did not work out well. She was appointed to us by Veterans United, but we didn't feel like everything was being done towards getting an offer accepted. There were details and options that weren't brought to our attention until several offers in, that we believe could have helped with getting an offer accepted earlier. Unfortunately, we decided to go in another direction. We found a new real estate agent, Rukaiyah Tyler (10/10) and she was wonderful. I simply do not believe we could have found a better agent. We spent months with our previous agent and we felt things weren't getting done the way they should. We moved on to Rukaiyah and all within 5 days we had our initial consultation and offer accepted at the first property we put one in on. The property had everything we wanted as well. Everything from that point was flawless and went very smoothly all the way through closing. She kept us very informed and explained every detail of the process as well as the contract. She also stayed in constant contact with us and the sellers agent to the point we knew everything that was happening and was never confused or searching for answers. If possible, she should definitely be recommended by Veterans United when others are looking to purchase a home.

Joe was awesome. He always made himself available for phone calls and questions no matter the day of the week. When I flew out to Virginia to go house searching, he did his homework and found the perfect house for me. I am grateful for his knowledge and experience with the area and am so satisfied with how everything turned out. He provided absolutely incredible customer service to me. Thanks Joe!

Tia Stock by far exceeded any expectation I could have ever imagined with a real estate agent. She was so helpful in what to pay attention to in a potential home and constantly went above and beyond to make it as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend Tia to anyone ever wanting to buy a home. Im glad we had her as an agent and even happier to have her as a new friend!

David Williams knew his stuff and helped my land the home I wanted, where I wanted. Took care of all of the inspection scheduling and walk throughs while I was on the other side of the country. Very pleased with his “no nonsense” approach. This dude handles the business end of the process with ease and offers solid advice.

I cannot give enough praise for Rich Raynor. He went far beyond what is expected, and than some more. I feel most fortunate to have him as our agent, he provided prompt and accurate information to all of my concerns. He did everything he could to make things happen as smoothly as possible.

Rob was awesome. He stayed in contact and took care of things without me even knowing. He set up the initial viewing quickly, I felt very comfortable around him and in his judgment during the walk through. The entire process went very smooth due to his contribution as well.
