My Agent was overall very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes slow to respond. And sometimes never answered questions I asked. But in the end he got things done.
I know real estate agents are always needing to find that NEXT sale and therefore stay busy. I also got the impression that the sellers agent was many times the resin for delays in getting timely and correct answers.
It didn't help that I was in a different State most of the time during this process.
My agent was courteous and polite and I do believe he tried to help. The problem was usually inaccurate or incomplete answers relayed from the sellers agent.
In the end it all worked out well. And I appreciate everyone's efforts

Amy was great. She was so fierce about being on our side and looking out for our best interest. She had all of her responsibilities taken care of so quickly it was amazing. She was a big part of why we got to close when we did.

Tracy was very nice and helpful through the entire process. One thing I wish she had done better was communication. I would ask some questions 2, 3, sometimes 4 times over the course of a week or 2 and I wouldn't get answer for a while. I like to receive a lot of information in reasonable times so I can make informed decisions and the delays in responses sometimes added stress to me because of that. Especially because we were moving from overseas and a lot of the process was done virtually for us. Other than that though she was very knowledgeable on both the Real Estate and the Loan process so she was able to talk me through and explain every step which was a HUGE plus to me personally. She always had a positive attitude and was very patient with us being first time home buyers.

Sherri Nelson is truly the best. Took personal time last year to show us the city and surrounding areas, even though we initially told her we were just doing a recon on vacation and would probably use our bank-referred realtors. Are we glad that we didn't do that and instead stuck with her!! Despite us being overseas she worked with us constantly when we asked, and when we got to St Augustine, worked tirelessly to find us our dream home. Which cannot be overstated how incredible an achievement that was - with it being undoubtedly a seller's market, the lowest house inventory in years, houses staying available only for a couple days - and on top of that our inherent pickiness. She found a home in less than a month and got us under contract the next day!! I can take all day listing all the smaller and intangibles things she's done for us as well. Strongly recommended by us for future buyers or sellers.
