Dan was a great asset, it was great to be able to rely on him for all the help finding, contracting, and for the due diligence and inspection reports.He’s a very respectful, Accommodating, reachable And willing to answer any questions to the best of is knowledge, and if there was something that needed to be found out he will reach out in order to find the answer.He helped us navigate all the steps from start to the end When we finally purchased the house and we had the closing.

Our real estate agent seemed to know all her information when it came to the home, but frequently seemed pushy. She would speak over myself and my wife regularly in phone calls. At first I assumed it was just a connection issue, but after it happened very frequently, I realized it was not.

First of all, my wife and I would like to thank God for giving us the opportunity of meeting Jim Swanson, and for sending him on our way to help us find the home of our dreams for the second time. This words with love and with gratitude are long overdue. It was an unforgettable experience having Jim by our side throughout the entire process. It is difficult to find someone with so many virtues together, professionalism, leadership, tolerance and patience and Jim has all those characteristics and so much more. A great achievement in finding our dream home after a long wait, became an unbelievable reality with such eagerness and lots of joy. It took lots of patience to find the right house. The one that it will accommodate both our budget and our needs. I feel like I don’t have enough words to describe in a nutshell what Jim really means to me and my family. Thank you Jim from the bottom of my hearts! for helping us fulfill one of our dreams; Without your help and dedication it would have been very difficult to achieve, but you knew how to guide us until we had the keys in our hands. I couldn't have asked to be more in lock with a team of specialist when making my purchase.It was obvious how the partnership between Virginia and Irene is at the top of the scales when "taking care of the client" is the rate.As much as I appreciated them always being available and always at the ready to respond, I understand that it takes away from their own personal time. Their sacrifice for me, and obviously other lucky clients, is obvious and very much appreciated.We related on differing topics. During my home inspection, Irene was present and we had the greatest chat about things I am most passionate about. AND she was on the same energy level and enthusiasm about learning similar ideas and presenting hers.The rapport built amongst ourselves is huge. They, and Veterans United, have my full recommendation and support.

We feel as though we were very lucky to have had real estate agent, Marcie Santiago, on our side during our search for our new home. Marcie was very knowledgeable, personable, and just a pleasure to be with. When looking at homes we had many questions and Marcie was always there with the answers. Josh Heyboer is the BEST!! He went above and beyond to meet my needs. Was always there, no matter the time or day to answer any questions I had. Missed so many nights with his family because he was an hour away shopping for homes with me. He ALWAYS looked out for my best interest and not just making a sale. Christina was very knowledgeable in the home buy process and gave me great recommendations on offers. She knew what I was looking for and able to find those houses that met my needs. Our agent Kevin was a real pro at navigating buying a home with a VA loan. We started with a traditional agent at first. I know that switching to a Veteran's United partner agent made a world of difference. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a home with a VA loan.
