He found me an amazing house but was a little impersonal and seemed distracted throughout the process. If I didn't take my mom long along with me to check out houses, I would have felt a lot less sure about what I was doing as a first-time homebuyer.The seller's agent was very helpful and friendly. I recommend him (Steve Peters Realty) for this rural region. He knows the area, people in the community, and local businesses to help with home maintenance. My agent lived almost 2 hours away.

Did not keep promise to ensure house was cleaned before we settled. It was not cleaned at all very, very disappointed. Would not trust her word on anything further very very disappointed. Left a bad taste because I trusted her and made a fool of myself trusting she would to what she promised a failed in trustworthy. Never again!!

Now, this young lady is in a league all by herself! She is very professional, easy to talk to, and love, very knowledgeable, and treats you, and your experience as if it were hers, or a family member’s. You get 100% of her, and her care and concern for you.
Alexis seriously, went above and beyond. She is also, a very good listener. You know she is real, and she gets you. She has said herself, every experience is different. We are all different people, and she has a gift to understand and work with all personalities.
I can truly say, I have a sister for life! Love her to the moon and back.

Can not say enough about Libby Taylor. She worked tirelessly all through the process from finding the location through completion of the home. She was definitely our champion. Always very responsive to any question and if it was something she did not know she always got back with the answer in short order. On a scale of 1-10, Libby gets a 100.
