This is where they kind of dropped the ball. I wish I would've had another agent. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but I ended up disappointed.
I found every single house that we visited. We went out on 3 separated occasions to look at houses in which our realtor only showed up once, she sent a replacement to cover for her the other 2 occasions. The day of the closing she did not go with me. I feel like she got paid pretty good to just write an offer letter in which it only worked for my Original VA loan but not so much after I switched to a conventional loan. It's not Veterans United's fault but I wish I would've brought my own realtor.

Diane was awesome. She was available at all times and didn’t try to “sell” you a home. She presented homes, used her knowledge to answer your questions and in a way acted as your “home buying lawyer.” She was able to get the seller to do repairs that could have easily been said no to due to the market demand. She is also very knowledgeable about the Veterans Home Loan process.

Amira went above and beyond to follow my needs and get me into the home. Without her I don’t believe buying the home would’ve worked in my favor at all. She dealt with the 2 loan people when I couldn’t and got things done working day. Also she was available almost all day all night and great at communication.
