I would not recommend her for anyone for multiple reasons. When I arrived at the condo with my Dad's Wife and me she opened the door and Karen went back to her Laptop and sat on the floor. Usually you are supposed to walk around and have a conversation for questions. Second, When I called her and asked for Questions about the Electric and the lights, Immediately she asked me if I don't what the House in a horrible way angry way. I told her I never said that and I was down with her. When she gave me the keys to the house and left immediately I looked on the floor and saw a black permanent marker. I called her and she said she didn't see it. Well the marker is new and large.
