In the beginning when I was introduced to Ms Michele Turso there was a miss-communication. Panicked I emailed Jason McElvain a note copied to Ms. Turso that she was struggling. I was really requesting an agent that I felt matched Jason's set standard in managing my effort. Ms. Turso's response was simple. "Mr. Jones, I am not struggling". The house hunting began and I began experiencing the professionalism and gracious accommodating demeanor of Ms. Turso. To the point that in the end my mis-calculation of what kind of agent she is became a personal joke to me. So, I sent her a note, I tried to be simple and to the point. "To the one who struggles not." Humbled by your service.

Chad Lauber was outstanding. As a first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, some of which were not necessarily within the scope of his job. He was thoughtful, patient and understanding throughout. He not only helped us find a home, but also helped us understand the process and our requirements. Chad always responded in a timely manner to our many phone calls, texts, and emails. I could not be happier to have had Chad as my agent.
