Real estate agent did a great job. Besides the fact could’ve been more informing on the process, also feel real estate agent could’ve better communicated with us/the buyers. Communication was lacking between the real estate agent and buyers.

Our real estate agent was not a Veteran United agent and it was absolutely horrible experience. Our loan officer Retreat was more informative about the home buying process then out buyers agent. Next time we will go with a Veterans United reality team member as offered by Rett then use a local realtor from the agency we used.

I would not recommend Brandon Jenkins as a realtor. My wife and I do not feel as though our realtor had OUR best interests in mind. He was not firm in representation of us and almost allowed the purchase to fall through. General lack of professionalism.

Jen Amori - what a darling! Jen went over and above in continually walking us through our home buying experience. From start to finish, she was warm, friendly and professional throughout. There was no question too small or silly that Jen wouldn't answer. She was patient with our many changing wants and never made us feel pressured to move forward if we weren't ready. When it finally came time to closing on the home, Jen managed all our appointments, inspections and paperwork superbly and kept us in the loop throughout! We are so thankful to have had such a great agent - she honestly made the home-buying experience such a joy!
