It was hard to get a hold of her at times and we had to be a few steps ahead always because she seemed to be behind. That caused additional unneeded stress. There wasn’t really a plan or clear guidance from her part. She had reasons to not be there when we needed her.Paperwork wise, I think everything was fine. It would have helped if she was more proactive and better at negotiating.

If a perfect real estate agent could be imagined; That person would be Lisa Harding. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous of starting this new chapter. Justin is so wonderful! He knew exactly what we wanted and he was the most patient, knowledgeable, and personable agent. He felt more like a friend at the end and we appreciate him so much!
