Lisa was great. She knocked things out almost instantly at every step. She helped me with the questions I had and got back to me near immediately if for some reason she wasn't available to answer my call.

She is not a direct employee of Veterans United - so this does not reflect negatively on your company. But I would recommend never working with her again (Alicia Hoffman).
She does Less than the bare minimum of her job requirements. Terrible communication and very hard to get a hold of.
She did not want to show me other properties besides the house that I bought, she did not negotiate for me, she tried repeatedly to persuade me to do the repairs that were the seller’s responsibility.
And overall I did a lot of her work for her.

Crystal Oliver was absolutely amazing! Being 1st
Time home buyers she always kept us informed and was ALWAYS looking out for our best interest. She was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. Crystal is a very genuine person and has done a phenomenal job in assisting us in securing our home from start to finish! She has always made us felt comfortable throughout the process. As our agent she would address all issues and would inform us of any progress of our home. Crystal and her team were definitely a vital asset in our home buying journey and we couldn’t have been more successful without her! Karen Hart was recommended by Veterans United after I had a very unpleasant experience. I didn’t allow my experience to cloud the relationship. I gave my wish list to Karen, she quickly sent properties for review...the best part about Karen is that she truly loves what she does! Karen will walk the properties with you, roll up her sleeves to check systems, assist you with anything relating to the property and will listen intently to your needs. We found my property within 10 days and closed within 60. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to represent me.

Our real estate agent Shanna Williams was awesome!! She stepped up to the plate when the loan specialist team fell short! She communicated with us every step of the way. From the beginning to the end. She was respectful, understanding and informative. If it wasn’t for her I’m not sure if my wife and I would have closed the deal.

Hamza helped out so much in everything he could. Was always available for questions. And when he didn’t have the answer he would get back to me with it. Throughout the whole process he checked up on us to see if we were doing okay and to see if we had any issues or question. Very honest and trustworthy!

I can't say enough about John. He was so extremely responsive. We drug him out several times in a row, and he was Jonny on the Spot...... :-) Kind, knowledgeable, and with his guidance, he helped us get our place! I would highly recommend John Lytle to anyone.
