She was plenty nice. However, she was not overly familiar with the city we were buying in and did not have any local contractors, etc. she could recommend to us. She was transitioning jobs and wasn't even available to help us close -- had to have another agent do the walkthrough with us.

Todd was actually our second agent we dealt with. He was very good about listening to our desires and when it came time to dealing with inspection results and things of that nature he was great about letting us know how we should handle it.On a side note, our first agent seemed to be more interested in the money and pushed us to buy a more expensive house than we wanted to. She walked us through a house and told us “this is not what you want” versus asking us what we liked and didn’t like about the property she showed us.

Amanda was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we looked at buying our home in. She made a huge difference to us! She showed us that it was not just about getting a commission for her, and that we could actually trust her to help us find a home we really wanted, as she patiently helped us into finding a great home. We always made our own choice, but we we couldn’t have found our home without her. If I was her boss, I would give her a huge raise!

Anna Purvis is an amazing realtor. She was intuitive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She did a great job in educating me on the local real estate market and finding me the exact home I was looking for and in the price range I was looking for. I am very thankful to her for all the hard work and time she spent helping my family and I find our dream home. Mr. Erik was amazing, honest and very helpful. We were not able to view the house in person so we had him go see it for us and he was very professional, gave us an honest opinion. Together he helped us find a house that we were looking for. He is a believer and so am I. He was a real estate agent sent from above. Amelia and Chris are the dream team. Between the excellent communication, extensive knowledge of the process and capacity to understand our wishes I can't think of any way they could improve. They were especially delicate as I am a first time buyer and made sure to carefully and clearly explain every part of the process.

Elisha was very flexible with her schedule and agreed to meet on weekends to help us get things done due to my work schedule. She was always there to help even though she was about to have a baby. She worked up until the day before! We never expected that level of commitment, she exceeded all expectations.
