Nice, but was not very helpful when it came to communication. She would only text not talk to me about questions I had. She was super busy with way too many clients to truly help me. I got one solid day with her to video chat homes. And then after that I maybe spoke to her about 4 times on the phone. She seemed very pushy about closing dates not actually answering questions I was asking and at times I felt like it was just not very helpful or customer friendly. I would not recommend using this realtor with future buyers.

Lisa Gatchallan did an excellent job from beginning to end of in our search for just the right home. She quickly used our informational needs to narrow down available homes such that we were able to make our decision in just one day. From that day forward she helped us through the loan approval process in a fully professional and friendly manner. Vinette was such a great real estate agent. I told her what I wanted at first it took a minute till we actually got a a bearing of where I was willing to live once I found the house that I liked. She press the seller to get everything we needed fixed on the house and then some she pushed to the fact that even get me closing money. Things I thought the seller would never do they did she thought of everything she made it painless she made it enjoyable I trusted her with everything else. I would highly recommend her to any of my fellow veterans.

Carrie was a godsend while looking for our first home in a new town. She was patient while we viewed MANY houses across the area and worked with my schedule while travelling back and forth between states. She was in constant contact with us and our VU team ensuring everything stayed on schedule. She was a delight to work with.

Greg and Felicia were phenomenal as well. They listened to our needs and worked hard to try and find what we wanted. They didn’t give us fluff or make promises that they couldn’t keep! They were always prompt to answer any questions we had and that was awesome. They were tip of the spear!!
