My real estate agents were great I couldn't ask for anyone better. I would ask them something and if they didn't know the answer they would find out for me. Wonderful people.

Tim bryant 0/10Tim consistently provided false information throughout the process.
Our first meeting him was through vetrans united. He showed us a house and stood in the kitchen on his computer the whole time. We tried asking questions but he said let me just finish what I'm doing here first... we stood awkwardly for 10 min.
We asked to see another house the next day and he said right now works best for him... ( doesn't matter what's best for him)
After the 1 time we saw him in person. We only felt with him by phone. He sent Jeff to do his work. Jeff was great. Tim is a disgrace to veteran home buyers.
Fast forward to day of closing. I personally had to reach out to thus real-estate agency to ask if they planned on asking for my money. This was 6 hours before scheduled close!!!!! Tim told my lady that she had to go to the bank and wire money!!!! She had to take the rest of the day off and run to the bank!!!! Only to find out she could have done so from the comfort of her desk.!!!!6 hours before close!!!!So... 730 scheduled closing time. Tim arrives 25 min late accompanied by a woman who we have never met. They proceeded to sit in the corner of the closing room laughing and talking to eachother while we were trying to close. I had to stop with the title guy and stare at unprofessional Tim bryant until he shut his mouth. Then we got back to closing. They then proceeded to both take pictures of us without asking or a heads up. I almost jumped across the table and yelled at them. When we are done the title guy asked Tim to hand over the keys. He didn't have them!!!!! He said someone else did and they were on there way. He grabbed his check from the title company and left us there to wait with the title guy for our keys. I asked him a few questions about things that were not on the closing documents that were in the pia. He had no clue of what we asked for in the pia. He was completely clueless of our journey. Slimy Tim was there for a check and that was all. Our experience with Tim tainted and ruined our home buying experience. I would recommend discontinuing working with that agency. They are a poor representation of vetran catered service and should stay clear of people who actually had to earn what they have.

Allison was awesome. She sold us a home from 1300 miles away. Went through several via FaceTime. Responded to almost every question we had within minutes or let us know she was working on an answer. Helped set up a closing attorney, well inspection, home inspection. Has called several times after closing to make sure things were good and that we liked everything. Super pleased with her efforts for this entire process.

Jake Hensiek is absolutely the best to work with he made the house hunting and house and real estate part easy and enjoyable covering every and all bases to help us find our dream home we were so luck to have had him as our agent and we now count him as a dear friend. To be honest we will miss the home buying process because we talked to Jake almost every day.

She was amazing. Not only did she help us find the right home, after closing we experienced a few issues with the house. Even though she was on vacation she took a lot of her time to help resolve the issues and helped us out with the stress of it. Couldn’t have asked for a better person. Would highly recommend her to others buying a home

The realtor that was 'assigned' to us was beyond helpful. Thanks Rick, for all your time and explanations and for sharing your knowledge which so obviously came from lots of experience in the business and in the are. Could not be happier.

We were very impressed with how quickly and how well Alyssa learned what we were looking for in a home and how easily we found it.

Jim was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond with the amount of showings we requested and offers submitted. There was never a time that I reached out to him and he didn’t respond within 20 minutes.

Scott Joly was amazing, especially when the seller's title company fell down on the job. He got us everything we needed, when we needed it, and made sure that we were kept informed regarding any and every thing related to the process.
