The agent handed me off quickly and was not present. The "associate" was helpful and worked his tail off but I didn't see or hear from the agent until the day of closing when it felt like she couldn't wait to be done. Definitely left an awful impression of her profession.

Bobbi Peck was the only thing that made the physical home searching process enjoyable. We had a bad December with putting multiple offers out, and not getting any of them (high demand, extremely low inventory)...but she came back from her vacation early, got us in to look at some houses the very next day, and one ended up being the house we now will call our home. She was awesome, got us in to look at every house we wanted to at any day and time we needed, sometimes within 2 hours of asking her. Always responded to me quick. Bobbi is the best!
