I tried to sell my home and complete a purchase loan for a new home. Josh and Veterans United were great. However, my agent, Matt Suiter, and his team member Tyree Fry were terrible representatives for me as a seller. Other agents, Lauren Tefft, was too inexperienced and busy for what I was trying to do. Finally, Teresa S. Kenney-Parker was a terrible buyer's agent. I scheduled to meet her to see a home in Pahrump, NV. She was not there when I arrived. She texted me and told me that she had to leave to show other buyers a home. Lastly, Martin Daffer, a real estate agent from the seller's company, arrived to show me the home. When we were walking out of the home, he informed me that it was under contract already. My home sale and potential purchase was a nightmare for me and my family! We were so disappointed! However, 6 months later, Josh came to the rescue with a great rate for our refinance. I am happy that we don't have to move, and that we get a great interest rate. I am a bit disappointed that I did not get to sell my home to maximize the equity that was available. However, Josh and Veterans United are not to blame for that. Overbooked, overworked, and pushy, desperate real estate agents are to blame for that.

My real estate agent Hannah Broker. She deserves a big thank you as well. From the beginning she was at work helping me find the property. She was available weekends and holidays to try to find a home for me. Due to this year of covid I wasn't able to be there in person. But I wanted to personally thank her for all work she did to help me and my family find this house. Thank you Hannah.

My real estate agent was outstanding! She helped me to know what I am actually looking for in a home. She gave me great advice not to settle for a just a house but a house that would speak to me. She helped me to stay in my budget for a looking for a house that is not in my higher range of preapproval because I do not feel that I could afford in a higher bracket.

Krista Weyer was fantastic! She was knowledgeable about different inspectors in the area, answered a bunch of questions and helped out a lot. She is a down to earth person, very polite and a delight to work with!
