This was the only downside, everyone else was great. the real estate agent was very slow to respond and was not proactive. This was my first time so I wouldn't have known but I had a friend who would tell me to contact her with different things throughout the process, which for her is very reactive instead of proactive. someone who is better at dealing with newer home buyers would be better next time.

It was very hard to work with Priscilla through this process. We were new homebuyers and knew very little to nothing about this process. We were hoping that Priscilla would help guide us through this process of what to do, explain our options and overall just talk us through our purchase and help us understand exactly what we needed to do/could do. This was not the case. She spoke as little as possible, told us as little as possible about the home, didn't explain any of our options unless we figured out how to ask her targeted questions, which again, is hard considering you know nothing. Overall, she was incredibly hard to work alongside with, and just made the entire process feel extremely difficult and confusing.

We could not have had asked for a better agent than the one we received. At times our agent made the impossible possible, & my family & I can’t do anything but applause her for that! I truly appreciated her honesty, responsiveness, and dedication. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent!

Brought me to every house I wanted to see with my filter of must have criteria. She helped point out things that were wrong on some of the houses as well. She made the process smooth and enjoyable through the stress of looking.

Taylor Wyatt was an amazing person to work with. He himself had helped me get through this difficult time with the underwriters. He managed to squeeze in a walk through of the house. Even though it was a last minute notice.

Lisa would help with grace and patience. We are presently living in Florida and buying a house from over a 1000 miles away is difficult and stressful. She also encouraged us and was so helpful. She went above and beyond.

Jacki Fraizer really did a lot for us. She took time out of three weekends to help us when we were in the area. She also put time in during the evenings. I am really glad we were able to find a home with her.
