They disappeared towards the end and did not clearly communicate the closing process between us and sellers. The lender did nothing wrong here. However, we had to get our own house keys and communicate with the title company on our own.

Martha Mitchell, top notch, takes the time to understand you, your needs and desires, your budget. Martha provided numerous listings, then made herself available to not only view potential houses but also listen to and discuss my concerns about each house we looked at. The more Martha learned about me the more she refined her search. She was there to answer any and all questions promptly. Already recommended her to a coworker who asked about a realtor and will continue to recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

David Herrera had to navigate a difficult seller, and a host of issues that presented. I pushed him hard as I became frustrated with the seller. David is a true professional, and a stand-up guy. Wallisa was just amazing. She certainly has the temperament for her job. I didn’t feel pressured or ignored during this process. I gave her our rigid requirements and she gave us even more. Though I never physically met Ms Vera, due to Covid, she was the sweetest woman I've talked with in a long time. Very caring and sympathetic towards how my process with Veterans United ended. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone, maybe just not through Veterans United after my experience.

My agents worked very hard to get us a house in this tough market, and worked with a difficult seller to ensure I was protected and informed as a buyer. Their specialization with VA loans took a lot of the tasks off of my plate, which was very helpful.
