As a first time homebuyer we were very disappointed. We switched from our realtor to the VU agent based on incentive offered, which turned out to be a minimal incentive. Our agent didn't find any of the properties we viewed, we did. She did schedule viewings, but showed up to the first one letting us know she was diagnosed with covid. Therefore, all viewings were actually done by sellers agent. She did very little work or negotiating on our behalf. Once our offer was accepted, she pretty much stopped communicating with us and we had to pursue updates from her. She at one point told us that the repairs the lender was requesting would be our responsibility to pay for, not the seller, and that the lender kept making her job difficult. She would act annoyed or short when we would ask for updates from her. She also kept giving us wrong information or confusing us with other clients. Right before closing we reached out to check on a details and she let us know that two weeks prior the refrigerator went out and the seller removed it,, that there was no longer a refrigerator- had we not reached out she had no intention of telling us. We are happy with our home purchase but would not recommend this realtor.

Fadi, When I sent a home I wanted to see, his first response was "When am I free" so I felt like I was his only client/ prospect working with him.. He was a shark at every table to the point I felt I just had to sign no questions asked because he told me things to look for and stay away from... In a short period he was able to pin point homes EXACTLY to my needs.. Thank you Fadi!!!

Sue hit the ground running as soon as we arrived, and was able to schedule viewings at the snap of a finger. She helped us find out perfect home within the first week of us arriving in Jacksonville. She was always available to answer any questions we had or point us in the right direction to obtain the answers we needed.

Our real estate agents were outstanding at finding us a house when it came down to the wire. After a poor experience with a different real estate agent, the ladies we used were AMAZING and we wish we could bundle them up and take them with us next time we need to buy a home!
