I would sum up my experience working with my Real Estate Agent Patrick Kauanoe Lum as " Wall to Wall and Tree Top Tall".I know I am hard to work with and require a person with unswerving patients, flexible and very open minded. I started out with a very specific location and type House/Condo I had in mine; of course my mine changed numerous times over the year while working with Pat.Pat, never got upset and or lost his patients; Pat's ability to adjust, focus, provide information, suggestions and advice was spot on and very appreciated.If you are looking for a dedicated Realtor who will stay the course then I would recommend Patrick Lum; if you are looking for a realtor who will only tell you what you want to hear, this is not the Realtor for you. My agent, Erin Sumner, was incredible!!! I purchased a home cross country during COVId which isn’t an easy task. Erin you armed my trust and found the perfect home for my kids and I. The market is so competitive that I had to place an offer without having physically stepped in the home. Erin provided a detailed walkthrough over video call and specifically pointed out things that I never would have thought of. So thankful for her!!

My real estate agents hands down happens to be pinnacle of success during this process. She never sugar coated anything she gave her honest opinion and her actions speak loudly.
