Honestly, we did not like this process of VU at all. It felt like we were given a hat with just one piece of paper, with just the one name of a Real Estate Agent. We were given Rachel Jones as our agent. She is a responsive Real Estate Agent and quick to action. She made time for us to make a bid within couple days and was successful at getting our bid to closing. However, we felt that she could have pushed a little more on our behalf in negotiating a better deal overall. The overall experience with Ms. Jones was a professional one, she made time for us and helped us close on the deal. She was able to answer all our questions.I would recommend VU give a few choices of Agents for us to do some research and check for references instead of assigning us just the one. As these agents are honestly our only link to the volatile housing market. Rachel Jones is a remarkable Real Estate Agent, the rating for this review is our combined experience when it comes to the agent and their assignment by VU.

I loved Marcee so much I referred her to some of my friends who are moving to same location. She is a real go-getter and with her husband to assist they make a fantastic team. Friendly, easy-going, professional, full of wisdom and just a real sweetheart! Highly favorable to work with!!
