I feel our buying agent Ansel worked against us through out the whole process. His snide remarks about the fact this was a "VA," loan and was not getting commission was appalling. He suggested multiple times that we should not get our hopes up because he did not feel we would get financing. The whole process was a slow. Our new home we toured was turn key at the viewing and inspection. We moved in to a complete mess the previous owners left the house trashed with dead rodents on the floor, the response we received was from the sellers agent "it's sold as is and if we don't like it the seller will put it back on the market. There were multiple delays and I will never use ReMax again. I feel we were treated really bad by both ReMax and Keller Williams.

Jennifer and Mike were not really our “Real Estate”’agents. They were a pair of professionals who went out of their way to be there for Monique and I. They were much more than just our agents, they were our safety net, our close personal friends who were dedicated to doing everything necessary to insure what was best for us happened. So many occasions texts, phone calls were made and last minute showings were made possible. We both really appreciate how “Above and Beyond” they were. Highly Highly recommended.

Jaqueline was the best. I’m not sure what I would have done without her. And having had her recommended by Veterans United meant that the team worked very well together. Jaqueline Is a true warrior out there fighting for every inch of ground. I am so glad that she was on my team. And I’m glad that she kept me calm, which she had to do often

Mrs. Elizabeth O’Connor was and still is here for our needs and questions! A very kind woman with the connections around our area to get the ball rolling. She’s knowledgeable and resourceful! We will also be recommending her for anyone we know that will be in need of purchasing a home!

Amanda is a go getter and very good at it. I only looked 1 day. She had 5 home for me to see that day. I end up buying the 1st one. She was on point with getting all the needed documents competed in a timely manner. She listen to what I was looking for in a home and was able to find it.
