She was fantastic, anything that I brought up or questions I had was always met with a quick response and she worked hard to ensure that I had all the information. Any adjustments that needed to be made she would call me and help me to understand the ins and outs of the home buying process. If I decide to sell the property in the future she will be the first person I call.

My realtor agent was fantastic. The entire process became more like a friendship and an excellent advisor to my wife and I. I couldn't ask for a better agent to help me with the process. She was patient and made sure we are satisfied with everything. Even after closing, she was still reachable and helpful. I will definitely recommend her.

In the beginning of the process Steve Halen was very helpful in finding a place to buy. After we put in an offer and it was accepted he became scarce. We emailed him questions which he did not reply. For instance "Will there be a second RV gate?" (which we requested from the beginning) since it was not in the contract, he never replied. At closing Mr. Dycus discovered the pricing of the RV gate was not on any paperwork. This mistake could have delayed the closing had we not been prepared to pay for it. When verbal questions were asked we heard "I'll check on that" no reply. At times it seemed like he was working for the builder over us. Example patio did not measure to be 12x12 as stated in the contract. Mr. Halen said he would negotiate for some compensation with the builder but we did not hear of any or receive any compensation. Next time we will find our own Real Estate Agent. I would not recommend him.

Mathew is another awesome fantastic person to work with! Patient as heck for sure. We looked at tons of houses and nothing was really striking us as home and when we did find something it would be off market instantly. But we got hit with a family emergency out of nowhere and he was great with us through that. Incredibly understanding and never pushy like you hear with some agents. He understood what we were looking for and helped us find it. It was a long road and a few misses but we got one in the end! Mathew worked so hard for us and went so above and beyond what he needed to do, I cried like a baby haha. I recommend him to anyone who needs a hard working guy to find a home for you for sure.

Mrs. Levroa was absolutely amazing. She was a huge help getting me prepared and ready for this big step in my life. She explained everything to me and always did her checkups. She worked really hard with a builder who was no help at all. Even now that I have closed she still ensures I am doing good and making sure everything is being corrected from the builder with my home. Really good realtor. I will be recommending her to others.
