Did not communicate with me, never let me know he sent paperwork, did not let me know that his assistant was going to pick up "earnest money " from me or even that she would be contacting me about the money. He left town for some "conference", he never told me a fellow co-worker just showed up to the final walk through and told us Jesse was out of town. Jesse also waited until the day before closing to try and schedule a closing time. Took up to 24 hours to get a response to questions thats if he ever answered them.

Shana was very attentive and professional. She is very efficient and anticipated what needed to be done in a timely manner. A great communicator and listener, addressing our concerns and meeting our needs. I would highly recommend her to any looking for a realtor.

Oh my I can't say enough about Laura Chamberlain....She really is Customer service oriented, people ;loving person and we just love her. She relayed our fears, listened to us as we struggled with our emotions and is a true friend.

James was awesome. He always follow up with any property I asked about and he took video of the properties for me because I was so far away. He is such a great guy and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Steven Dailey is amazing I told Trenton from veterans United to definitely suggest Steve more often. He was truthful, very well communicated, and available with any questions we had.
