Getting in touch with Mr. Scott was iffy at most. Sometimes I would to text him multiple times over multiple days, and still wouldn't hear anything back. When it came to getting information (like the attorney's account info for the closing cost payment) I would get a "I'll get it for you tomorrow" multiple days in a row.

I would not recommend her to any of my fellow veterans . She does not have good ethics. I feel like I did 75% of the work for her to get paid all that commission. I wouldn’t be surprised if anyone else had filed a complaint on her

Diane was on top of every aspect of the buying process--from suggestions on how to navigate the most challenging real estate market in...forever?...to the special considerations of a bankruptcy sale. The most impressive moment was when we were facing the decision to waive the inspection contingency, and Diane circumvented this risk by taking quick action to get us an inspector that would perform a walkthrough with us. With a successful walkthrough, we were able to waive the inspection with no additional heartache, which was another critical piece of the deal that give the Trustee confidence in choosing our bid. Brett was super!! He is a warm and caring individual, and it showed very often in his efforts to find a home for us. Often he would pick out a property that not only fit our needs but also would really feel like home. He would go into a home and look at features that other real estate agents wouldn't think about, such as the structure of a home's basement or how much storage we would get out of a certain garage of the home we were interested in. In other words, he knew what we liked and what we were looking for in a home and he did his best to show properties that provided these features. He was super!

Michelle King is an excellent realtor! She knows her local market and was super helpful getting us through from the Offer all the way to closing. She is personable, easy to reach, very responsive and keeps on top of all the parts and people who have to come together to get a house sold. I would also add, she was very patient with us, we weren't just looking for a house, we were looking for a Unicorn of a house, based on our needs, and she helped us find it!

As a buyer in a seller's market, I felt very anxious about getting the home I wanted. Shana Smith was professional, patient, encouraging, and was there anytime I needed her. I felt like she went out of her way to find me the right home at the right price and she succeeded in doing just that! Again, I would rate her higher than a 10 if possible.

My real estate agent listened to all of my concerns as well as what I was looking for in a home. The time line of my arrival to the town made finding a home a little harder but she didn’t give up and was always attentive along with her team. Melissa Baker was above and beyond. She was patient with us and was always available for us. She gave us the best experience from an agent especially trying to move across the states. She would even FaceTime us to see houses. She was wonderful and I truly would recommend her to anyone if they are looking for their dream house.
