They showed me the house and went to closing other than that they didn't do much. They left me a little confused on the process but Mike helped me out with my questions.

I’m a first time homebuyer here who put my trust into my agent for information about the industry. But instead felt so rushed into everything I did, and never felt like she was on my team. Just felt pressured into buy, buy, or buy. Instead of being a teacher for the industry in where I was needing, was condescending. Instead of being present and available, was agitated and concerned about her next clients any time I called. The neighborhood we ended up moving into, which is a new build, was the neighborhood me and my family found, and brought up, not my agent. Where my agent would brag and take credit for. She was not friendly where I expected an agent to be. I caught her in a few fabricated lies so it was hard to trust what she said. The whole experience was stressful for everyone, including my agent, due to not having patience with a first time buyer. So I feel as if it would of been better for everyone if my agent wasn’t even involved and I consulted directly with the builder. I heard from others what an agent is supposed to be and she didn’t fit the criteria of anything everyone else described, instead she was the opposite. I did not feel comfortable around her, ever. My worst experience in this whole process was everything to do with the house we decided to get. She spoke out against getting a home inspection. On the feature sheet, I signed, with the house mentioned there were ceiling fans amongst other things, was missing ceiling fans. And when brought up, my agent denied its ever feature existence. I had to bring up the paperwork, and my agent fought to protect the builder rather then help me in that aspect. Only when I started to lean away from buying the house as a whole after that incident is when they decided to finally include the ceiling fans. Now I don’t call myself an expert so don’t take my words as gospel. Just giving my opinion from the experience. And my agent did not make this experience easier. My agent made it stressful.

Tony handled my business for me and made it obvious from the start that I was his priority. I did the majority oh the selection process remotely from Lawton OK, shopping for a house in Jackson MS. I ha never experienced this level of care and courtesy in the home buying process. Tony really went to bat for me, not letting me be taken advantage of remotely. My family always felt respected and well informed as they stood in for me. Tony helped to get me the best deal possible on my new home and was kind enough to give my family a beautiful gift at the closing. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Tony. He is the man in the real estate game.

Rachel Krill was amazing. She is in the middle of a hectic sellers market in Phoenix and regardless of how busy she got, she made it important to help us out or view a house. She seemed to be looking out for our best interest. When Emily wanted to make a much higher offer on a house (the market is horrible for buyers right now), Rachel told her that it was not advisable to offer such an amount. She helped us out with insurance and warranties. We also appreciated that, even though she was fully vaccinated, she was always wearing a mask around us. A true class act!

Anthony has been truly a game changer! Respectful, kind, incredibly driven by his work. He was in constant contact from the very beginning all the way till we got our keys. If we ever need anymore real estate help, Anthony is our guy for life. We are so grateful that our family had made such a friend for life. Would recommend to literally everyone!!
