Brian did a very effective job assisting in my home search and once I found the right home he was instrumental in getting everything lined up so I could get to a close date. My only real issue was the choice in local home inspectors. The recommended guy didn't perform a quality inspection given some of the home issues I discovered after we reached an agreement with the seller on pre-sale repairs/replacement actions which was done before I got a chance to do my own walk through. Even after the actual close I am still finding items that probably should have been reported by the home inspector.

I will give our agent a 4 out of 10 because he did submit an elevator addendum with our offer that beat another offer. Every property we looked at we found ourselves. When we toured two properties with Duston he had no knowledge of the properties and appeared to not have even read the listing description. Many of the documents he sent for our signature had multiple errors that needed correction even after closing. It was clear his own interests and profit in closing the deal were his single concern. We soon came to consider him as the sellers second agent. He did not schedule and advocated against a pre-closing walk through so I had to ask him three times to do this. When a non-disclosed broken window and 2000 lbs of solidified bagged concrete was found left behind on the property he advocated on the sellers behalf on why we would should accept these issues and move forward with closing. He did not respond to multiple requests to obtain proof from the seller of septic cleaning as required by the sale contract until the afternoon of the closing day. The sellers never did order it, but because I pushed, the sellers agent ordered and paid for it two days before closing. Duston has a flat, humorless, and unfriendly personality. Interactions were awkward and my wife and I were both uneasy in his presence. Veterans United did us no favors by setting him up as our agent.

Did not provided any sustancial information specially for people like us buying for the first time and been inexperienced. Bad job.

Refused to show me a property I asked to see. Not very helpful answering questions.

Our real Estate agent is Eric Ludvigsen, with The Ludvigsen Group, Easy Street Realty went above and beyond (and still is) the normal limits of his job. He also worked hard to get us a home we liked, as he has done our walkthrough and he's been there for all inspections, and interactions with the sellers. We have had videos and pictures of our home so we could see it from a long distance. As we are not arriving at our new home for a couple of weeks after closing, he is watching our home and taking care of anything necessary for us.

Nathan stayed with me from house to house we had missed out on a couple houses but Nathan kept searching a showing other houses keeping me in the game and not get down from the previous missed houses. Once we got a house locked in He jumped in and help me setup the needed inspections and got me thru closing.

Linda was wonderful to work with. She provided listings based on OUR list of wants and needs and not what she "thought" was best. She was in constant communication with us through the buying process and was always willing to go the extra mile.

Tim was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable, and great personality. Whenever we needed anything or had questions he was on top of it every step of the way and answered all our questions. He made finding a house a really fun experience

Kristi Ifft was a phenomenal realtor. She helped me find the home of my dreams and get everything situated. She’s available during and after the loan anytime whenever you have questions or concerns. I would recommend her to everyone.

He was very familiar with the new homes that were being built and the area so I could make the decision on which home I wanted easier. Him contacted me back swiftly on questions I needed answered was a plus.
